Dunnavant Valley Ace Hardware

I ordered the char broil bistro pro from those guys after realizing it was marked up at other local retailers this model was a whole 100 dollars cheaper and they even delivered it in an assembled state, it goes above and beyond what I'm used to these days with service, they even contacted me about the delivery and had two guys out to do it, really great deal and service thank you guys at the dunavant valley location ace!

I’ve been a loyal ACE Hardware customer for over 10 years and have bought most of my tools and supplies there. Recently, while traveling out of town, I stopped by another ACE location and picked up an item I ended up not needing. Unfortunately, my local ACE stores wouldn’t accept a return for it since it wasn’t purchased there. It’s disappointing that a store known for great service doesn’t have a consistent return policy across locations. Just something to keep in mind — I’ll probably start shopping more at national chains where returns are handled more uniformly.

After 10 minutes of trying to decide what part I needed I was told by Kaylin at the location that they did not have the part in there was no suggestion as to where I could get this part or where I could go look for the part it was just basically we don’t have it. Goodbye. Never have ever had this experience at this location very disappointing.

I'm completely in love with this store. Lots of unique stuff and plenty of gift ideas. Great staff and customer service is top notch!

Staff is always so helpful and pleasant. Much prefer to shop here over the big 2.
