I want to write a better review but communication has been terrible. Trying to DIY a patio and I estimate that we've spent 6 weeks just waiting for a call or an email back. At first, quick turnaround to an email inquiry on their website. From then on, it's taken extraordinary effort for us to get responses - we call, we email, we drop by the store (not convenient for a working couple). Move a few steps forward - whenever we do make contact, the staff has been pleasant and nice to work with. Then when we reach out again to move ahead, more waiting. Right now - I can't really proceed on the patio because I'm waiting for a call back so I can order more sand. So frustrated.

Bad business.Very disappointed after buying trees and shrubs from the nursery. Purchased a tree on sale and after nurturing and watching it closely it died very quickly. In hindsight I should have realized the tree was on sale because it was deeply rooted in the nursery's soil and could not be extracted and balled properly for planting. I should have rejected the tree when the root ball was really non-existent but I trusted them. Tried to compromised with owner and he offered $100 credit for a $500 plus endeavor with delivery. my gardener has purchased much product for me here. He and SAVE A TREE insured the size and depth of the hole was proper and watering guidance. was followed All that didn't matter to the owner.
