Excellent experience from showroom to installation. New wood stove insert and stone work. Eric and Louis are true craftsman that take the time to do the job perfectly . We are very very satisfied. Still have mantle to add but it’s just beautiful!!! Just added Christmas decor with new mantle!!!

Ellen at the store was very straight forward with me and was a pleasure to meet with. Peter and his assistant came to my house and did a great job could not be happier. Peter is such a nice guy and I was so impressed by how the installation worked out

Anthony and his team member came to my house today to inspect my wood burning stove and add a cap to the chimney. I had no idea what size was needed, but they figured it out for me! Additionally, they cleaned out the stove (that hadn’t been used in over five years), and inspected it. We’re able to use it, safely for the first time in our home. So excited and grateful for their assistance today! Definitely would recommend. Pricing was affordable too - worth the investment to not pay so much in gas/electric & be safe about it.

We were looking for a modern electric fireplace insert for our home. After researching online and calling a few local stores, we decided to stop by Dunrite. Ellen was super helpful showing us the different options for gas and electric inserts. We set up an appointment and Peter came to the house to seal the chimney and prepare the fireplace by building a base and measuring a custom trim to fit. Peter and the other worker were professional and friendly. We chose to have our own electrician do the final installation, but we are very happy with the customer service, quick turnaround, communication, and quality of work.

Spot on and quick service. Anthony and Anthony did a fantastic job! Somehow they manage to keep house clean! Our pellet stove is still going strong thanks to him! Above and beyond today getting parts delivery. Really appreciated as I am recovering from surgery.
