Dura Supreme Cabinetry

Not impressed! We have been waiting on a range vent hood already late after the cabinets were originally delivered. They sent the wrong one and now we are again waiting 4 weeks after the project was completed. One of the cabinets came delivered had a hole in two sides. They did send a replacement for that cabinet after 6 weeks. The cabinets on a whole are very nice once you get them, but the wait time is ridiculous.

I purchased Dura Supreme cabinets May 2017. The cabinets are beautiful. But, over 1 year ago I noticed one of the drawers had an issue. The facing of the drawer was literally peeling off. I started inspecting all the cabinets and found a panel that had the same issue. I contacted Dura Supreme several times. They finally assigned one of their representatives, Cabinet Navigators to my case. A rep actually came to my home for an inspection. I thought wow great customer service and they are going to stand by their product and warranty. Well that’s been over a year and I still have the facing of the two issues taped so the beautiful facings do not fall off. I recently purchased new kitchen cabinets from Dura Supreme's foil line. Unfortunately, the cabinets seem to have absorbed body and cooking oils (such as coconut, olive, and avocado) or the glue used in the product has seeped through. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and only used water to clean the cabinets. Despite regular cleaning, the cabinets have developed issues. When I raised this issue with Dura Supreme and sent them a drawer front, they offered only a 50% discount on new fronts instead of fully honoring the warranty. I am disappointed with this level of customer service, especially after making a significant investment in their product, of ~30K. I am now hesitant to replace the fronts, as I am concerned that the new ones might also fail, and I would be left with additio

Absolutely love working with Dura Supreme cabinetry. My customers get the best bang for their buck which is very important these days! They offer a wide variety of styles and I can customize finishes and products if needed. I also have purchased them for my own home and love them!

Terrible company can not believe products and customer service like this exist.we spent $70k on cabinets and majority came in broken. The wood panels do not even match. Pretty much all the cabinet faces are damaged due to poor packaging. Edges are peeling off. We had to install the damaged cabinets because they would not replace them out hood was wrong size and then resent damaged. The rep came out and just said that is how it is and they will slap some paint on them.
