Their careless mistake caused a lot of plumbing problems throughout the house. They then told me I should've been there to explain our water system to them so they wouldn't have made the mistake! I didn't think I'd have to hover and direct. I was told I'd have to call a plumber and deal with the issues myself. Then their work started leaking, twice. Unprofessional in general.

By far the worst service I’ve had from any contractor in my life. Called out for a leak near my well head, while digging out the area they caught my supply line and broke it. The also broke the well head off the casing and had to replace it with PVC. While repairing the line they snagged they disconnected the line to my garage 10’ underground then buried it. Since they replaced the well head they had to install a new pit less adapter and charge me for it. They did find the source of the leak a split on a 10$ tee fitting. So they left my property an absolute mess or uneven dirt and mud with a well head sitting askew out of the ground. Once home I found the garage water not working and reached out to the crew. I was told that that was wierd and to let them know of it continues to not work??

Got a bid from Mattson for a new well, they quoted us around 8100 for a well 110' in June of 22. We told them to go ahead and get it done before frost. They didn't start till mid November and finished February. Prior they agreed and said summers end. We met them out here in August for well location and they informed us that we could go anywhere for the well. This was not the case. Third time worked, but he informed us that if the new well doesn't work out, there are 2 water veins a bit to the North that intercept. Now, our bill has gone from 8100 to 13,300 due to the "dry wells." Our well is 108'. Not only that, they left us with trenches that we had to fix multiple times. We have used Mattson in the past and have had wonderful service up till this point.

Mattson Well left a giant sinkhole in front of our garage after they "filled in" the water line going to our brand new home. When brought to their attention with pictures, they refused to fix it OR take money from the bill for us to have it fixed. They also were given the option of having my boyfriend dig it out and were only going to reduce $170 off the bill if he did it. Then they proceeded to charge us $600 more than the initial quote. Highly recommend you do not hire this company for your new home construction. Not impressed.
