This 5-Star rating is long over due. I've taken in a few different vehicles for body repairs over the last 10+ years and have always received excellent service and perfect results. This family-run business is a well oiled machine and their experience shows in all of their work. Jessica, who runs the front office, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. This last time I decided to stay onsite during a quick paint touch-up and during the short time that I waited, 5 different customers came in who were all greeted by name and they were each given a status update on their vehicle without anyone having to look at notes - you're not just a number here; they REALLY care about their customers and their cars! This place is awesome ! They did a fantastic job fixing up my vw Passat. The paint looked so smooth and shiny. You can't even tell the whole side was dented. They finished it even earlier than quoted 😊

Duran's body shop was very accommodating, reliable, helpful, and promptly responded to any inquiries I had. Despite being over an hour from home, I was glad I used this body shop. Highly recommended!
