I wasn't sure what I was going to see walking into UPM. Man, I was in a for a treat. The whole time I spent with Jason and his team made me realize they were all happy to be under that roof. The facility was organized and tidy despite all the action going on. They are a family-owned business and treat everyone as so, family. There were so many cool things I saw happening and it was truly a playground for all those that enjoy making "things". They are all very professional, kind and down to earth.

It was great meeting up with you Jason and your staff, they were very knowledgeable and supportive. You all made us feel like we were a team working towards a great outcome for all of us and not just another customer.
