Durham Electric & A/C

Used them many times. Just had an entire house and ac/ heat done by them. 1st cold front, no heat. After multiple attempts, contacted Beyer Boys to come help. They were there the next day. Found out, wrong size breaker was out in and wiring was too small for my unit. I will be taking this further. Reporting and going after whatever it costs to replace. Id recommend using someone else. This is coming from a long time customer who really liked them.

Aransas Builder GC TOP NOTCH Electricians - I use them for both commercial and residential jobs. After Hurricane Harvey they cleaned up the mess left behind from an out of town Electrian and we’ve used them ever since. Durham Electric built out several major restaurants remodels for us. No problems and very efficient.

Matt came into to our office while a receptionist was on the phone and was extremely rude and demanding. Guests on the phone heard it and it was recorded. If you're going to have an employee work for you they should have a better bedside manner

Purchased a home in which the electrical work was performed by Durham Electric & AC. During the purchasing process of this home we requested that a light fixture be replaced that had gone bad. Our realtor was able to contact Durham Electric & AC, but it took multiple attempts to finally get a replacement light fixture. We are starting to see other fixtures of this same type beginning to flicker & fail. After repeated attempts via text messages, phone calls, & voice mails I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Durham Electric & AC. In my experience this contractor does not contact the customer or potential customer back leading me to believe that Durham Electric & AC would likely not stand behind their work.

Came out to give us an estimate to fix our AC, but never actually sent us the estimate. I've called and texted, but still no response. Don't waste your time with them.
