Five star service from Durham and Sons! When I called they were able to get a technician to my house the same day. A new system needed to be ordered. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and kept me up to date. I really appreciate that they explained the repair in detail and gave me up front pricing before doing any work. It's refreshing to find a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Not only did they immediately find the issue, they discredited another company that said I needed a full panel replacement. They came to do the work, absolutely did a phenomenal job, fixed a wiring issue from a previous installer, and charged a very fair price! I cannot recommend them more for your electrical repairs.

I had a slight emergency situation with our A/C today. When it turned on during lunch, it smelled like chlorine, and I thought it was a freon leak. I called them because they were close to my house and have almost a 5 star rating on Google. I’m glad that I did. Despite their busy schedule on a Friday, Bryan was able to come out and inspect it. Thankfully it wasn’t a leak, but an issue with our UV light. He removed it, sealed everything back up, and was done in less than an hour. He even performed a full system inspection to make sure everything was charged up. Thank you for being so quick, efficient, and affordable! I will be using you guys again going forward.

This is our troublemaker ( see the picture): but Durham & Sons from Melbourne, FL handled everything with honesty, courtesy, quality service and integrity. The dealer 7 years ago , when selling us the Trane unit, did not register the CleanEffect purification system with Trane for us, which caused the lost of 10 year warranty for this unit, and we found out about this only when incompetent technician from the company that had bought them out, put the washed filter back when it was still wet, having destroyed the power door just in one quick careless action. No obligations by the company that does not exist any more. No obligation from the Trane for not registered part. We then found another certified with Trane company on the Trane comfort specialists list to get it repaired, when found

No heat upstairs, called Durham and Sons from seeing them driving around town. Answered the phone promptly and said they had a technician in the area and could get to me by the end of the day today! Justin came out and was amazing. Showed him the unit and he worked his magic and heat was restored to the second floor! Great company with fast response and quick turn around from cold to warm. Highly recommend!! Thank you Justin!!
