Called Durheim to have him come fix my dryer that wasn't blowing hot air. He instantly said he knew the problem and would come on Monday November 20th. Monday came, he did not show. We called him 3 times and left 2 voicemails. We did not receive a call back, but he could comment on our public social media post asking for recommendations on a different repair guy. We ended up ordering a part off of Amazon for $30 and with a YouTube video replaced the heating element in under and hour by ourselves. Don't waste your time or money on this guy.

Super nice guy came out to look at our fridge. It ended up being warranty work so he didn’t want to touch it and chance voiding the warranty. He helped us find who to talk to. Great customer service and we will be contacting him again in the future.

The man that owns this business was contracted to come and replace a filter on a home I am renting (with out my knowledge). This man entered the home (while I was home asleep & ill, luckily I didn't hear him, as I am a gun owner) and "apparently repaired something in 2 minutes". I cannot tell you how shocked I was to view my cameras later that day (after my son brought it to my attention later that day). After, I contacted both him and the rental company (yes, I will be writing a review on them as well) he blamed the rental company for not contacting me and they blamed him for not following the process. So, folks do not use this company. He stated, "my bad" for not doing the ethical thing by contacting a client.

So I'm gonna leave my previous comment and add to it. The Service man/owner shows up at 2:30. Turns out that his son has had a heart surgery. The wife that usually does the scheduling is taking care of the son. So the scheduling is not a accurate as it should be. So I'm gonna take my 1 star rating and make it a 4 star because of the lack of communication. However, he was very polite when he showed up and I was not worried about letting him in my home. I have had some pretty sketchy service people that you just don't want to let in before from other companies.
