Top notch service. Dustin, Ryan, and their outstanding crew are true professionals. I've hired 20+ contractors over the last year and Dustin's Driveways stand out as being the best. I was super excited about this project. They went above and beyond with additional work I asked of them without extra costs. Communicative, respectful, clean, organized, efficient, attention to detail, excellent sense of design, impeccable job site clean-up after each day. I had a retaining wall collapsing due to stormwater coming at it from a couple directions. The water was causing a cavity underneath the wall. So I didn't have a paving problem, I had a stormwater management problem. Dustin understood the problem and his suggestions lined up with everything I've learned about it. He excavated the cavity, backfilled and compacted it, and replaced the wall with riprap swale, so that the driveway above it is stable again, and the water coming down the creek will no longer undercut it. Dustin and crew replaced a second drainage pipe, installed a channel next to the asphalt driveway to prevent erosion, and for the gravel half of the driveway leveled and laid down new gravel. Dustin’s Driveways did an amazing job, very professional and all about customer satisfaction. Had a couple problems that were handled very professionally and in a timely manner. They hit our underground Verizon Fios line and worked with Verizon to have it repaired right away. Also dented our garage door and adjusted our price accordingly. Accidents and problems arise on any project. It’s how it is handled that matters. Dustin couldn’t have handled it any better, he definitely isn’t happy until the customer is 100% satisfied. Contacted Dustin’s Driveways to obtain a quote for extending my existing parking pad/ driveway. The area was too narrow and had wear marks from the car being parked on it. Was told from multiple competitors the job was too small and they didn’t want it. My prior asphalt company couldn’t do the job for at least 1 month. I called Maxwell and he was super easy to do business with and was able to beat the prior company’s price when given the opportunity. I received a quote and the job was done within 2 days! The guys were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves!!! They texted me the day prior to my appointment and the day of to confirm. I had Dustin come out August of 2020 to give me an estimate on installing a driveway from scratch. Dustin took the time to listen to what I wanted, talked me thru the pros and cons of what I had in my head and gave me options on how to accomplish the job and even broke it out into a few different estimates. After the install I had an issue with water because of something I wanted (soft entrance to the road) Dustin had advised me that it could be an issue but instead of telling me no he did it anyways. Once the water started coming down, he (at no extra charge to me) came back out and fixed the issue. UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to say, I have called Dustin’s driveways 4 times this year and have not heard back from anyone. Have been looking to get my driveway sealed and a couple small rep
