It’s 8 am. It’s forecast to be 95 degrees. And your AC unit isn’t working. No better time to call Dusty Ducts!! This happened to me. Eli was there less than 2 hours after I called and an hour later our unit was running better than ever! Eli diagnosed the problem, walked through the solution and provided an accurate estimate. An hour later (including a trip to get parts!) we had cold air again! The pricing was great, we got a 10% discount as a first time customer and Eli could not have been more patient or more pleasant. Our HVAC unexpectedly went out right before a huge heat wave, Eli came out within a couple hours to diagnose the unit. He even tried to do a repair on our (very old) unit, but alas the HVAC was done and we needed a new one. Asher and Dusty Ducts were able to give us a great rate on a new unit and install it quickly. Highly recommend working with them and will definitely call for any future HVAC needs!

What comes to mind first about Dusty Ducts is honesty and integrity. About a month ago we were having issues with our condo air conditioning. Eli was our tech. He was extremely thorough, patiently explained the issue, and then provided us with multiple solutions. But there’s more. The unit below has been complaining about a leak over the past few months claiming it was coming from our unit and perhaps from our air conditioning unit. Eli came back and spent 2 hours inspecting our unit air conditioner and the unit below and concluded that he could not detect any leak at the moment . This is the definition of integrity! He told us to call him back if there is a leak in the future. I will absolutely only call Eli and Dusty Ducts in the future for any of my air conditioning needs!
