Express Repair Los Angeles

I recently used express repair to fix my fridge and I’m impressed. The technician Chris was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had the necessary parts and fixed the problem within an hour. The service was efficient, and there were no hidden fees. I’ll definitely use them again!

Absolutely a scam. I put in a service request on their website and immediately received a phone call from a man asking for my address who then said "Sorry ma'am. We don't service your area. We only service New York" to which I replied "Express Repair Los Angeles only services New York?" and he said "Yes ma'am." So, I hung up and called the number on their website, thinking maybe there were crossed wires somewhere. A woman answered the phone, asked for my zip code said, "Sorry ma'am we don't service your area" and hung up on me. Not sure what they're going to do with my information, but they have it now. Can't imagine it'll be good.....
