We had a tech come in this morning after our calling only yesterday to get our one-year-model generator going. Mike is very knowledgeable and had it running promptly, respectfully, and with an extremely fair cost - half the cost of a simple diagnostic fee from a general electrician. Even their delightful receptionist, Doris, was super polite, friendly, and well-spoken on the phone. No one knows telephone etiquette like this anymore! 10/10 would recommend them to my own mother.

I went with this company because our other company retired. I made an appointment over the phone for a consultation. My poor husband sat at home all day waiting for them before I called them to find out they canceled it because I did not answer my phone to confirm it the day before. So I made a new appointment. They came, gave us an estimate for the cost. I signed the contract that day and returned it to them in an email. I then heard nothing back for 2 months! I finally reached out again for an update and they told me they were ordering the generator. I waited another month and still nothing. I called again asking and they said "We tried to reach you to make an appointment" but I have no missed calls or emails from them. Went ahead and made an appointment for installation. This company doesn't deserve any stars and the only reason there is one star is because I couldn't post my comment if I left it blank. We will never do business with this company again. The service tech left without giving us an invoice because he claimed he didn't know what the price of the starter he installed cost and said he would bill us. We waited nearly a month before we received our bill and noticed that the tech billed us for 2 hours labor @ $120 per hour, when he was only here for 40 minutes. Whoever created the invoice failed to include the cost of the starter. We paid the bill and a week later we received another bill, this time it included the cost of the starter. Great service and service tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the generator. He explained what is happening as well as what he will be doing to get this back to full operating mode. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their type of service. Great job!!
