Duvall Heating & Air

OMG,,I legitimately do not have the words to express how AMAZING Mr. Craig is!! I called him after I’d call another A/C repair company (who I’d called the week before to come out to fix the A/C; claimed they had; charged me an arm and leg and was going to charge me ANOTHER fee just to come out and see IF it was something they’d done wrong or not) and he had my AC running within an hour!!! Not only is he SUPER QUICK, he fixed a completely different window unit in my house in like 30 mins!!!! I cannot speak enough about this man and his company!!!! If you have any heating or cooling needs that you want resolved quickly and efficiently, CALL DUVALL!!!! Btw,,if I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!

Our AC gave out on us very abruptly and they came out SO FAST. They recommended we try a cheaper fix before we replaced the whole unit, in an attempt to save us money, NOT screw us out of it. And when it seemed like we would need the new unit after all, he went out of his way to triple check and make sure that was the true solution and what was best for us. Then, they got the unit changed promptly. Very nice, knowledgeable, caring people. They have a lifetime customer now!

On 8/5/24 our outside unit froze up...We called Duvall Htg. & A/C They added 2 cans Freon plus svc call chg. $285...on Dec 27th/28th unit stopped cooling. Called David Navarre (and A/C man) He said it needed a capacitor. Fixed that! Then still not cooling so next day he came and cleaned unit & had to add 2 more cans Freon because apparently the expansion valve did not get tightened after Duvall added Freon in August. Seems like it should not have lost Freon in 4 months time! So no thank you to Devall this all cost me another $600!!

My son is going to hire this company. I'll be back with my review. It's been about 9 months. They have come out several times. Dustyn has had 2 roof leaks and they fixed them. The outside unit is loud. Every time the the unit turns on it makes a loud noise. The noise varies but it is still there.

I called for my AC to be repaired. I was greeted by a friendly lady that listened to my concerns and lengthy issues. She told me that someone would be calling me soon. Sure enough, within a VERY SHORT period of time, the owner called me and set up an appointment for later the same evening. He came out and within minutes had my air working again. I cannot say enough about the quality of care and professionalism that I received from Duvall Heating and Air! Thank you for a job well done! I forgot to add that this was during the record breaking heat that we were having in June 2022 for countless days.
