This morning I heard the security cameras in my disabled brother's apartment constantly chiming and he's not home. I looked and found that someone from this company was changing the lock on his front door without my brother's authorization. When I tried to communicate with the person from this company to let him know that the person who told him to change the lock doesn't have the authorization to do so and that there's several court orders against them, he completely ignored me and continued to change my brother's lock. Before changing any locks, this person should have responded to me to confirmed if the person who told him to change the lock was Head of Household and had the legal authority to have my brother's front door lock changed. This action was dangerous, completely unprofession

I came here for in search a padlock. The one staff member present was very friendly and attentive. They have a wide variety of various lock related tools and items and offer a key copying service as well. I will definitely be coming back here for all my lock related needs. Do note as seen in the second photo they have a credit card surcharge, so make sure to pay with cash.

I definitely recommend! Vinny responded to my call ASAP and showed up when he said he would. He was on time and fixed the locks right away. Great service, communication and honest work.
