I called DW after a general contractor "fixed" my garage door and it no longer contenected to any remotes. DW were very helpful over the phone when requesting service he asked a lot of follow up questions to determine what the issue might be before even showing up. They showed up the next day and we're able to help determine the problem and even fixed other small issues I didn't notice (at no extra charge). Definitely would recommend for reliable, affordable anf friendly service.
