Dwayne Joyner Tub Surface Specialist

I would not use this guy! I had him come out to my mother’s house to look at her tub. He showed up, inspected the tub, told me what was needed, and stated he would order the parts and come back. He charged me an $75 fee for coming out which was no big deal. I only had an $100 so he took that and wrote me a receipt stating he would apply the $25 to the final bill. After two weeks I messaged him asking for an update. He would read my messages, but would not respond. I finally got in touch with him a week later and he assured me he would reach out once the parts came in. A month passed so I reached out again. Same story but this time he has chose not to respond at all. I even asked him if he knew someone else since he didn’t seem interested, no response. I’m out $25 which is no big deal for m

Dwayne did a great job on my tub repair. It was a new tub that was cracked/damaged during shipping to me. Very professional and he did a great job matching the repair to color of the tub.
