We had a great experience with this roofing company and are so thankful we chose them. They removed our solar panels, repaired all of the holes left behind, and completed a full roof maintenance. From start to finish, JC Martinez was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure the repairs were done properly. What really stood out was how kind, respectful, and easy it was to work with him. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

JC and his team was fantastic!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I reached out to multiple roofing contractors via Yelp after noticing a large leak in my kitchen ceiling. I went forward with Dwell Roofing after comparing their reviews and I'm so grateful I did. JC was able to determine that the leak was coming from my chimney. I mentioned my other concerns like my skylight leaking and a quote from a separate contractor, which he addressed. JC was very helpful with explaining everything and different options we could go with that would fit our budget and resolve the issue. Everything was done super quickly from the point of inspection to completion of work. I'm still very impressed with everything!

I had a tree fall on my house during a recent storm. I was referred to Jordan at Dwell roofing and contacted him. He had a repair crew out the next day and took care of it immediately. Normally I would expect to pay more for that level of service, but the price was morr than fair! I will definitely use Dwell for any future roofing needs!!

JC Martinez came to check on a roof leak i had and was able to immediately figure out was was going on. He told me the quote and was able to get me on the schedule the very next week. They fixed the cause of the leak but also to my surprise repainted all of the vents. Great job by him and his crew

UPDATE: I used Dwell again, since I've had such a great experience with Andrew Griggs in the past. This time we did the full roof replacement. My roof was already deteriorating before the wind storm took off a bunch of shingles. I knew this was the time, and it was MY decision to get a full replacement. There was no pressure from Andrew to do a full replacement. WHAT AN UPGRADE. I went from a low quality 3-tab shingle roof to a Class 3 Architectural roof. Check out the before-and-after on the last photo for comparison. I could not be happier with Andrew and Dwell. It's the only company I would recommend to people. He even got the price down to below the estimate he gave me! The day of installation everyone was there on time and they are a well-oiled machine. I felt like I got the best of
