My water heater spring a leak. I called my homeowners insurance and they sent out Dwellsmith. They were quickly responsive. Ricardo and his team came to my house and immediately began working on the water that had accumulated in the kitchen, garage and bedroom. Ricardo explained everything they were doing and why. During the time the fans were in the house, Ricardo and his team came out when a small problem arose with water accumulating again. Again, very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Responsive not only to the needs of the leak, but to my obvious distress. Thak you so much Dwellsmith and you Ricardo.

I have been extremely happy with EVERYTHING Dwellsmith did for me. I had a pipe burst in my bathroom that flooded the master bath, master bedroom, master closet and office. I was in need of a company to do a reconstruction job on a home that had asbestos removed. I talked with Justin Quintana an owner of Dwellsmith. Justin and his crew were able to come to my home and help me within about three days of talking to him. They had to make a 180 mile one way trip to do the job and were still able to keep their costs reasonable and fair. They went above and beyond to not only do the job that I had hired them for but to add extra touches to make sure everything looked great. So even if you don’t live in the Albuquerque area and need work done check with this company. I highly recommend the professionalism and quality of their work.

Justin, Ricardo, and the rest of the team at Dwellsmith were amazing! They all knew their stuff, were extremely professional and friendly, and did everything in there power to help me get my remediation and rebuild done. They worked closely with my insurance and made sure I had a little headache as possible during the entire process. They also went out of their way to go above and beyond what was required of them!
