I would highly recommend this company. Re: Well leaking, dig out, determine issue, and repair. No one calls a well drilling and repair service when things are going well. Their front office quickly returned my call and gave a very accurate price quote for the standard process. The field team contacted me back quickly to verify the reported issue and setup an appointment for the next day. Anthony and Kaleb gave a call in the morning to check in and a call when they were 30 minutes out. They were careful unloading equipment, did not rip up the lawn, and expertly dug out the impacted area. Replaced all the leaking joints (50 years old) with quality brass parts and pressure tested the system. Cleaned up really well for wet heavy clay and payment was exactly as quoted originally. Michelle from Dyer answered my call and contacted Nate and Caleb right away to replace our pressure tank in which the inner bladder separated and produced water pressure fluctuations in our water lines. We had Dyer drill our well in 2006 when we built our house. Nate and Caleb arrived and immediately knew what to do and replaced the tank with a new one, plumbing it into our existing water pipes. Both are experts in their jobs and are outstanding craftsman. I highly recommend Dyer and will use the again in the future. Thanks 😊

We had an outstanding experience with Dyer Well Drilling and Service. From the time we made the initial call to the start of our new well installation was only one week — which was incredible given how stressful our situation was. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Alex, the Sales Manager, and Michelle, the Office Manager, were both professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Every member of the team was polite, honest, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Pricing was fair and clearly explained, which we really appreciated.
