This is one of the most professional service companies that we have ever delt with. They keep you well informed about when the service person will be arriving and they even send you information about who it is and a picture. They are incredibly responsive to any inquiry. Our service man, Ellison, was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. We got the best service of our unit that we have ever had.

Angel and the young man helping him were extremely professional yet friendly. Answered all of the questions we had in addition to explaining the process of replacing the water heater in our attic. Kept us informed each step of the process. Cleaned up when they had completed the job. Both of them represented your company well. We would highly recommend.

First of all he. was right on time and Jacob Wadley greeted me with a smile! I explained what I needed and he adjusted what he needed to do because he thought he was just there for an estimate but I actually needed the work done ASAP as I have been living without a kitchen sink since May due to a water leak and a bunch of snafus! He was willing to do and help me out with just what I needed! I can tell you that his work ethic and his professionalism as well as his friendliness was nice to have around! I would recommend him and the company! And I was thrilled to have my kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher all back and running! Sure does beat washing the dishes in the bathroom sink! We had an issue with our HVAC system that was installed by Dyess. I called them and they had someone out to the house within 2 hours. H. Casey from their team did a great job. About 3 hours from initial call to resolution. Besides the great service, they built trust and credibility.
