I purchased a pool two years ago. My kids only got to swim in it one summer. This summer I was cleaning the pool and the liner started slipping. I contacted pride pool for them to come fix it. I was willing to pay. They never showed up. So when hurricane Helene happened my pool was destroyed. I contacted pride pool again they told me to send pictures to the email and when I pick up the quote I was to pay $145. When go back with the money they then say I have to pay before they began the quote. Okay I paid the money they were supposed to email me the quote. Guess what I never received it. My insurance adjuster showed up but I didn’t have anything to give him. I paid $9000 for nothing. I called and asked for refund of $145 they don’t do refunds. I wish I could sue this company. I ask about

No customer support they just want your money and the he'll with you . .I bought $600 pool pump that only lasted two months . Pump is still under warranty and they want to charge $200.00 to come check my pump that is burnt up .talked to the manager and she said they had to charge a service call to come check it because I installed it .when I ask her why she didn't tell us that when we purchased it she said they don't go over details with customers. I ask why I couldn't just bring them the pump and let them plug it in the wall she said I couldn't do that because I might have installed it wrong . What kind of idiot can't hook up two hoses and plug it into a receptacle. Pride does not have any customer support at all .I will never buy from them or recommend anyone else to .

If i could leave a 0 star review i would. You buy a pool with them and once they get your money they are done with you. We have called 3 different times to get a price to have the liner replaced to get told "we will call you back" or "we will email you a quote" and you never hear from them again. The caps on top of the pool broke within a year of having the pool and of course "that is not covered under warranty". If you want decent service run away from this place because as i said once they get your money they are DONE with you. Not to mention their employees are useless and clueless about anything you call about.

It took us a year to decide to purchase our Bullfrog R5l hot tub. Within that time Nicole DeLoach patiently answered each and every question we had for her. She also gave us the information we needed to get our electric set up prior to ordering the tub we finally decided on. Our delivery and setup after purchase was quick and painless. The guys walked us through it all. And Nicole is available at any time during business hours to answer any questions we have or help solve any issues.

I received great service. Paige was very courteous on the phone and assisted me with the correct products and product # that I needed. At the store, Hailey I believe her name was helped me with my water sample test and the chemicals needed to keep the pool balanced. Awesome customer service!!
