Glenn was courteous, clear and helpful with his advice, and mindful of getting consent before starting any work that incurred service charges. He fully set us up with the equipment to dry out our water damaged rooms and thoroughly inspected all possible affected areas while minimizing required repair work.

Carpet looked great! Bathroom floor tile not so much. Seems the machine has a difficult time with edges and corners. I’ll need to get on my hands and knees to detail it better. Glenn was super nice and seemed to do what he could. Disappointed that the difference in quoted price and actual was $200.00.

Excellent Service. Glen was so patient. I had a total melt down, being 8 months pregnant and moving into a new house with a recent home remodel that left texture grit and dust on the floor that seemed impossible to remove. After 4 attempts to clean the floors we ended up calling DynaClean and they were great. They were able to clean our tile floors and grout. They offer great pricing and are trustworthy. With my spouse being overseas and me being out of state, we didn’t foresee our water heater flooding the inside of our home and garage while we were away. We learned the hard way that disasters happen despite routine maintenance and when you least expect it. There is no dollar sign that could ever repay what DynaClean has done for us! The founder of DynaClean (Luis), employees (Glenn, Shannon), and countless others have went beyond their call of duty and we are forever grateful. Glenn was the first person on site and he has been our guardian angel throughout the entire process. Afterwards, we were given an extremely fair and reasonable invoice. If anyone reading this review is considering the broad range of DynaClean’s services, my family would highly recommend to look no further!
