We had some work done on both our kitchen and garage. The lead tech worked on the kitchen and the apprentice worked on the garage. After they left, we realized that the garage work was not fully completed to satisfaction. It was something that my husband could easily finish up, but I did let the company know. Mistakes can happen and it was not a huge deal. It was then such a pleasant surprise when I received a nice card in the mail apologizing with half of our fee refunded as well as a discount coupon for future work. We took them up on that offer and all work was done professionally, promptly and with reasonable cost. I will definitely use them for any future electrical needs.

Dynamo Electric is a top-quality organization. Last week they replaced a motion light and diagnosed a long-term problem with an external electrical outlet. The technicians are competent, friendly and professional, I highly recommend them.

I recently had a frustrating experience with this company. They incorrectly installed a switch, which has caused the lights connected to it to flicker constantly. I've called them back twice, and each time they assured me someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, three months have passed, and no one has ever shown up to resolve the issue. The lack of follow-up and service is disappointing. I expected better communication and support from a professional service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Do you expect me to render public my real identity?

Excellent service paul was very low pressure and provided an excellent quote. Install was flawless very professional team inspection process was a breeze and generator start up was great no issues at all....very pleased...added white rocks as per the reccomendation at it looks sharp....
