Absolutely top tier customer service. I initially called after hours and Brandon picked up the phone. I was surprised he answered and he listened to the dilemma I was facing. The concrete contractor I hired didn't install a vapor barrier below the concrete. The building was already erected and tearing down the structure and starting over wasn't an option. I had significant moisture on top of the concrete slab during high humidity times and rain. Brandon recommended the MVB and other proper layers to solve the issue. He also touched base with other professional installers to secure a positive resolution. The contractor paid for this work and Brandon could have charged whatever he wanted but had a very fair price. We had a back patio and front entry that had tiles epoxied to the concrete. We wanted the tiles removed and the concrete grinded to remove the epoxy residue and recondition the surface. Dynasty did an excellent job removing the existing tiles and grinding/reconditioning the concrete. They were professional and easy to work with. Before and after shots included below. What an excellent experience with Dynasty Epoxy. A gentlemen by the name of Brandon came out to my home first with some tile samples and gave me a complete breakdown of what to expect, along with an estimated quote provided within 24 hours. I was happy with the price quoted for the job. Brandon was quick to answer my additional questions that trickled in even up to a week after our meeting. I thought about going with a custom flake design, but instead chose Schist as my flooring. I had an appointment set the week after my decision and two men showed up, Christian and Mason, and set to work quickly. Christian and Mason were friendly and professional. Dynasty Epoxy did a fantastic job with our garage floor 6 years ago. It looks as good now as it did when first applied. This company did my neighbors garage floor and my sister-in-law’s patio also.
