Our day one of a two day process was an awesome experience! Casey introduced himself before starting and asked if I had any questions. He got to work cleaning our deck. It was pretty dirty but he stayed until it was completely cleaned. He came to the door afterwards and let me know the next step in the process. Looking forward to seeing the sealing process!

We have alot of windows, they look great and they took caution with our screens. Gavin and Hayden worked very efficiently. We would recommend them 100%

We started by having our 32'x10' deck with pergola (see before photo) power washed and sealed with a cedar shade stain. When the power wash was complete, our very gray deck looked like it was now brand new wood. The crew then sealed the deck using spray, roller and brush. The quality of the work was outstanding, there what not a drop of stain on our brick wall or the walk around the pool (see after photo). Then after the deck we also had Indy-Res power wash and seal the concrete walk around our swimming pool and our drive way and side walk. It looks like we have new deck and all new concrete and we are extremely happy.

Great experience with Indy Res. Responsive, reasonably priced, friendly and great quality of work. My house looks brand new after having it washed. Will definitely be using them in the future.
