E 74th Street Parking

Let me first say that I’ve never written a review of a place before. What I experienced here was a profound display of ineptitude and unprofessional behavior that I felt obligated to write this review so people know not to park their cars here. When we went to get our car, they did not have the key. I’ll repeat myself: They did NOT HAVE THE KEY TO OUR CAR. They said they gave it to someone by accident and that person had it on the West side??? What are we even talking about. We were left to wait with no concrete time frame for when this mistake would be rectified. A request for a refund was inexplicably scoffed at. DO NOT PARK HERE

Been going here for 2 years due to a discount for hospital employees. My car died before they could park it and they acted like I purposely made my car die to spite them. They scoffed that I didn't have AAA and told me I have to move my car. I literally looked at him and said how??? After 20 min of me asking other custies for jump cables; the attendant came up to my car and told me he could jump it for $50. After he does so, I hand him my card and he told me cash only. He then scoffs that I didn't have $50 on me. And basically made me pay for the ticket and give him w/e cash i had on me "as a tip". Mind you he told me he wasn't going to charge me for the parking since I didn't park. I'll NEVER EVER EVERRRRRR Go here again!

Parked every Sat or Sunday for many months (Same car) . Charge was $19.00 then $ 20.00 (after Jan 1) This Saturday charged $35.00 for 90 minutes because I have "large sedan". Attendant showed me small paper with large car rates posted on side window.

These guys were efficient and professional - they didn’t scratch my car or take any of my stuff. This place was also well priced <$20 for the day. Pick up and drop off both took less than a minute

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ BEFORE YOU PARK YOUR CAR HERE: I don’t usually post comments but this time they did really push my limits, VERY DISSAPPOINTED and not so happy with their services, I just want to WARN everyone, if you really love and value your car, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My husband and I bought a brand new car, it’s only been 2 months and they already made some damages to the car, first one was we saw some dirt trails of shoe marks on our suede dashboard, we didn’t say any words from that and convinced ourselves to just give them the chance.
