We had Econ Electric come out in February to look at a bedroom outlet that I was concerned was sparking. The technician who came was incredibly helpful and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening. I genuinely felt heard, safe, and comfortable throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with empathy, and it made a big difference. I truly appreciated the professionalism and would highly recommend Econ Electric. I hope this technician gets recognized for the excellent service he provided.

I am writing this long-over-due review on the electrical work I had done June of 2025. Everyone at E-Con Electric is amazing. When you contact them, they get right back to you. Chad helped figure out our best options and helped with technical decisions. Jodi was quick to let us know if anything in the schedule had been changed. And by the time Jerry and Cooper left, the project was complete and I had the confidence to operate everything they installed. No one had a problem with me watching the installation, and they patiently answered all my questions. Jerry and Cooper worked hard, worked well together and even worked in the rain. I've used this company twice so far and both times the experience has been wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Yes the prices aren't cheap but they are very skilled and knowledgeable and make sure the project is done properly.

Jerry replaced a dimmer switch with LED compatibility and then hung a new light fixture for us. He was meticulous, friendly while answering our questions about LED functionality. Thank you Jerry!
