Michael, was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out to install a light fixure and it took him less than 15 minutes to install. He also checked my electrical panel taking it off looking behind the panel. So that made me feel good because originally I smelled smoke when my light fixture fell down. He was polite and kind. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I recommend this company 👌. Great job!!I give this company 5 stars. Exceptional Service from E. Dennis! I want to share my outstanding experience with E. Dennis, particularly technician John Jordan. Last night, our home was shaken by a loud vibration, which we initially thought was an earthquake. However, we soon discovered the source: our attic-based AC unit. My wife and I quickly powered off the thermostat, stopping the vibration and noise. After researching online, I found the issue: the air filter had been installed upside down, causing it to get pulled into the blower. I contacted E. Dennis, impressed by their excellent star ratings. But with talking and walking me through, I am pleased with the price and excited to have my new detachable garage fitted with electric power.
