Christina was amazing!! We went in looking for a Hot Tub and she answered all our questions! She was polite, professional and not pushy like other places!! I've been with Ekonomy pools for 6+ years. Jared our pool tech is always on time, our pool looks crystal clear all the time. He makes sure that all of our equipment is working properly at all times, he even installed my pool robot even though I had bought it from another company. Very good customer skills and very accommodating.

Elijah has been my pool guy for a year and half. He’s very friendly and does an excellent job maintaining the pool. He answers all questions and communicates all maters thoroughly and with obvious knowledge of everything involved. I’ve had a number of pool guys over the years and he’s easily one of the top one or two. He’s also very good with my 2 dogs, a cat and the tortoise.

This place is great! Local, knowledgeable and just downright good customer service. I went there to have them test my pool water after I’d just done the same at Leslie’s. I thought the dude at Leslie’s was very knowledgeable but he only was to a point. Chasteen was able to give me a more nuanced analysis that prevented me from making a big mistake that Leslie’s had told me to do. This is the real deal, folks. I’ll certainly be back!
