Hired them to replace all my soft duct work and replace the insulation around my main duct and replace my boots in my floor vents . Crew was nice and courteous kept to good schedule and was very informative on the things they found. Very disappointed with the service from E & L Diamond Electric Cooling & Heating Co. I was charged labor twice on my invoice, including a labor charge for plumbing work that was never completed. The plumbing issue was not fixed at all, yet I was still billed for it. I contacted the company to correct the invoice, but they refused to adjust the duplicate labor charges. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company request a detailed written estimate and clear breakdown of labor charges before assigning any work. Unfortunately, I would not use them again.

These are the folks to call. I had a system installed by a different local company, that never worked correctly. After three years I decided to just replace the whole system. E&L Diamond gave me a reasonable quote and did a great job of installing a new Carrier system . Thanks so much!

E&L Diamond was excellent when we found out our furnace was basically broken beyond repair, naturally in the middle of winter. They were prompt coming out and providing a clear path forward for replacement and estimated costs, as well as reached out to us to install earlier than initially expected. Installation was quick and efficient, and on top of it all we were impressed with their integrity and work ethic in not only doing quality work, but also billed us for slightly less as they did not need as many materials as they initially expected. We will gladly use their services again and would highly recommend!
