Dora Jackson Isom is the best, love the newest addition Aimee Whitt, the store manager rocked out my paperwork, and the good looking service members helped me disassemble the table for easy transport. Love my Schewels peeps, always a great experience.

My sales person was great. Office Staff was very friendly. But when it came time for my free delivery I took the day off from work and about 4 pm was notified that delivery was not possible because someone had a shoulder injury. And had no idea when it could be delivered, a company should have back up people to do this job at least in a timely manner. Was told that after paying cash for my purchase that a refund check would take 2 weeks to refund....come on that is not acceptable. Will never purchase there again. I had to pay someone out of my pocket to help with delivery for what should have been a free delivery.

Aimee was an amazing salesperson. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture and even offered personal tips about her own furniture. Will definetly return if im in need of furniture. And I'll look for her again.

This was the second purchase I've made from the Schewels Furniture store in Galax. Both times Rhonda was the sales Lady. She's a true professional in every way. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction to purchase the furniture that best fit my needs. If you're looking for the best buying experience, Rhonda will surely provide that service with a smile and NO pressure. Schewels offers quality furniture at a reasonable price and I highly recommend them.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted as soon as we entered. They currently have a BOGO deal running right now. Their furniture is average. Many things, especially chairs, were not comfortable. They have good deals on what they carry.
