As this was this first experience as a E & V customer, my husband and I were thrilled with the service we received. From our first contact with Matt, who was the original repairman, the assistance of the sales representative, Greg, and the wonderful installers of our new furnace and AC unit, Mark, Adrian, Nate and Jamie, we were treated with friendly and knowledgeable service. Our needs and requests were met and completely satisfied. We were both very impressed and appreciative with the installers who answered all our questions and worked as team in both troubleshooting and completing the job timely. Wonderful Service!!! I’m a new customer. E and V was the only company that I could actually talk to a person. Very busy time of year but they took the extra time to fit us in for a repair. Still working with them as a part needed to be ordered but so far they’ve been great!! Thank you.

SITUATION UPDATE BELLOW Flat Rate Service Charge Company that has hidden charges. A month ago I had E&V come and look at our inoperable furnace. They charged $150.00 to drive 2 1/2 miles to my house. He said after checking the furnace that the Thermostat was bad. Due to my wife and I having COVID he could not come into the house to verify it. We bought a thermostat 3 weeks later to be installed. So, we called E&V to install it. I was very clear with the service department that we had a new one already to be installed. The technician spent one hour trying to figure out how the wires connected. He even called his supervisor for help. Their solution was install their thermostat. So we said ok. At no time did he discuss the price of the thermostat When we got the invoice we were

We had Nate D., Adrian, and Mark here to install a mini split, Mitsubishi, in my work shop. They were very professional, courteous, and did a great job. They cleaned up and the install went fabulous. Would strongly recommend them for installing.
