While the people are kind and the cabinets seem of good quality, we have had a number of issues with EZKitchens. Staff was to our house twice to measure and still got it wrong. Plus a cabinet was damaged in transit. We were told a rush replacement order would be processed and given a date, but it wasn’t rush ordered and we waited 4 weeks for replacements. Note that countertop people and electricians were not very happy about being rescheduled twice. We were told to discard the damaged cabinet, but the replacement cabinet was just an empty box. Thank heavens we didn’t listen to them and kept the damaged cabinet on site. So now our contractor has to strip the interior of the damaged cabinet and use those parts in the replacement box. My first purchase from EZ Kitchens Inc was back in spring of 2021 for a kitchen addition. I had a vision of what I wanted, I drew it out on graph paper, scanned it on my phone, emailed it to Joel, and he emailed back a wonderful 3D rendering of the exact kitchen I envisioned. I much appreciated Joel walking me though everything I needed to know, answering all my questions, and being meticulously thorough before finalizing my order. I could not be happier with my kitchen cabinets from EZ Kitchens - after 2 years of daily use, they look and function as they did when they were new.
