E-Z Oil Company

Nash was great as I’ve heard from my wife . Along with the Hispanic driver that usually comes . The prices are good but not worth the hassle. I’ve now been with out heat in this freezing weather for 12 hours after driver came and stated he called which we never got a call . My wife went to the office to pay and paid in panic if running out which we usually never let it get that low and apparently it was the same time the oil delivery driver was at the house and sated he called . Then I called back to get update and who ever the gentleman I was speaking to was rude and arrogant . They pick and choose emergency delivery and clearly customer service isn’t number one priority .

Bad delivery 42.5 gals. Ordered 250gals for a 400gal tank with gauge showing 3\8 full and tank is only 1 yr old. Called, emailed, called again but no response to resolve yet. So how long will it take if you serve your customers? Are you trying to get out of low ppg as quoted? or more training needed to deliver?

I signed up for the preferred customer plan, and Nash was extremely helpful assisting me through the application process. Also, their oil prices are very fair in comparison with local companies. My tank was on red, and I was getting nervous about real delivery. I called Nash back and he assured me that my Oil will be delivered today. EZ Oil is very easy to work with, and great customer service. Thank you for making sure my house wasn’t freezing for New Year’s Eve!

Never order heating oil from this company. They will promise delivery on a specific day, then back out of their commitment. Their management gives conflicting information and plays games—first saying it’s just a temporary card charge, then claiming they haven’t charged your card at all. They advertise a three business day delivery, but when you call, they suddenly say, “Oh, it will be delivered tomorrow,” which never happens. If you are in an emergency and need heating oil, do not rely on this company—call someone else. Their prices are expensive, which I could understand if the service matched the cost, but it doesn’t. There are only two people in the office, and they keep passing the blame back and forth instead of taking responsibility. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

They want you to get on their monthly program for our supposed benefit but they charge a high monthly rate compared to others, and you ask to try and lower it they give you run around about past usage blah blah..been using less than previous years and it’s still the same high rate….now I might go empty because they are supposed to automatically fill our oil right, I’m literally under 1/8 and the never came, I call Saturday morning when I find out it’s that low now I have to wait until next week for delivery! Because they don’t keep track of stuff I have to run the risk of going empty before monday
