Andy is very diligent in his work and explaining what he has done. We have an old system, which another company only half repaired and acted as if the fluid needed was not available. Andy was recommended to us, and he fixed the problem. Two weeks later there was another issue and he solve that problem too. Highly recommend!

They set an appointment to drop off a pattern to have an adapter made. We go at said appointment time and they are closed!(We had to drive about an hour and a half to get there.) I call the number that I had and they told me they wasn't open that week. (They gave us a day and time to be there). They also acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Needless to say...I will not recommend them to any one.

Our unit went out late in the night. He called back 1st thing the next morning and was there in less than 30 minutes and was done with in 15 minutes!! Satisfied is a understatement. We'll definitely call again!!!
