I'm taking time to write a glowing review for this service. Once given the estimate from George, son Travis called that evening to ask if I had any questions about the estimate.Eager Beaver tree service worked steadily from 8:30 Am until after 3:00. George encouraged me to be hands on and direct how I wanted specific pruning for select trees. The crew was engaged did the work and cleaned up without a trace. I highly recommend.

Team arrived with trucks almost full from another jobs. Equipment in bad shape- kept breaking on them. Made multiple damages to my property by throwing stumps off trees, broke my water meter and internet cable. Main concern was that they didn't even finish the job, they we supposed to elevate 2 trees but towards the end when trucks completely filled and equipment broke, one of trees wasn't complete- George claimed otherwise and changed terms on the go. Be careful when you get quote, especially from George/ Jorge, write down all the details.

The lack of communication between George and Travis made this whole process a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, not showing up to do the job as communicated (I have text messages to prove it) and the day of cancellation when I have been waiting for a month is ridiculous. Blaming me for what George promised during our initial conversation and estimate, poor business and poor customer service. Broken equipment and then the excuses.... not a great experience. They may have good prices, but i guess you get what you may pay for... poor service with lots of excuses.

Eager Beaver is wonderful!! They were on time and did such a beautiful job trimming my bushes. I describe them as artists the way they trimmed my bushes. My bushes have never looked better! I recommend them to everyone.

They definitely understood the assignment. They went above and beyond to get the job done. George and his crew cut down the branches as requested and did extra (at no additional cost). They communicated with me during the scheduling, came on time, completed the job, and cleaned up!!! I highly recommend.
