He will not risk his license by taking shortcuts and will voice concerns based on his contracting/construction knowledge and experience. This is something any client should appreciate. Eagle did a renovation/remodeling of an apartment that needed extensive interior and exterior plumbing excavation and electrical paneling. The bathroom and kitchen were demolished and gutted.
