If the proper prep work is taken the process is as easy as it gets. We picked the Patina colored with gloss clear coat and it looks amazing! Acid went down easy and evenly. The de-greaser Eagle sells is also worth it for the cleanup so i'd definitely use that again. The clear coat went down and was almost an acid blue color, but after a few minutes the floor was completely dry and crystal clear. I'd highly recommend the Eagle Sealer products for a beautiful basement floor remodel. We have 700 square feet, i used two gallons of acid, and got a 5 gallon of sealer. The two gallons of acid was exactly the amount I needed, and had no left overs but got good coverage for one coat. I used approx 3.5 gallons of clear coat to do 2 heavy coverage coats and might do a third but it isn't necessary.
