This is the worst company i have dealt with in a long time. They don't even know what parts are covered under warranty. The girl that answers the phone is a bafoon. I cant believe they are still in business. Totally unreliable and irresponsible. Send techs out without any parts they know they would need. Real smart. I had to give one star to write this review. I would give negative stars. Find another company for your repairs!!
