The $10 sign that is being referenced is for a special daily Early Bird rate and its stated clearly below the $10 rate sign. Longer term parking rates are higher than the $10 but definitely competitive with the rest of the parking lots around that area. Look around after you park your car and you will see what I mean. Secondly, most of these parking lots use this type of machine and NONE of them dispense change back to you.

I went to Sinema and they lost my friends keys. The man made her park her own car and then took the keys and payment. When we were leaving the keys were nowhere to be found. Then the owner contacted my friend and the individual stated he didn’t know us and never took keys from us or charged us. Then when I report was made he changed his story saying he didn’t park our car because of the smell of weed, which is not true because no one in the car even smokes at all. Worst service ever. No ownership.

Machine doesn't give change and does not tell you or warn you. Then booted my car when I was 1 minute late... I'll own being late, but I paid them for that hour and still got screwed over. I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

$10 on the sign, $30 "Evening" rate. Steer Clear, there is legitimate parking in the area. Oh, if you do decide to stay, use exact change, machine does not provide any.
