We had a hornets nest under our deck, located in a tricky area next to our front door. This allowed hornets to enter our home. I called Eagle Pest Control on a Sunday evening, about 10 o’clock. Expecting to just leave a message, the owner actually answered my call. He said he could help us. Realizing the importance of this situation, he got his worker here by Monday morning. When Lee arrived, he quickly sized up the situation. He determined where the nest was and solved our problem. 2 weeks out, the hornets have not returned. Once again, We called eagle pest control and they came out. This time we were hearing noises in our attic crawl space. They made sure that we did not have any mice. I was abandoned by another pest control service, and Eagle came to my rescue. Randy received my call and sent Lee to conduct the service just 3 days following. Lee was very straightforward and suggested that the outdoor bait boxes the other provider was scheduled to install were not really the best solution for us. Instead, Lee inspected the house and confirmed that we had no infestation. He then installed proper indoor bait boxes in the garage, crawlspace, and in the kitchen to protect against any unwanted visitors. I feel confident that Lee's approach will provide the protection that I wanted while not exposing any critters outside of our house to poisons. And the cost was reasonable - less than BrandX would have charged. I highly recommend Eagle Pest Control.
