Anyone else had problems with more bugs showing up after being treated? Sometimes the treatments do work for a little bit, but im unsure why we need to do another service call 3 days after treatment. Save your money and find a company that doesn't make their money on service calls. I will be looking for another company who will do their job right the first time.

The technician came out and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He met all of our needs and expectations.

Called Fairfield Bay office on a Monday to make an appointment for a termite quote. I was told they were behind and I would be called in a couple days. 2 weeks later they still hadn't called back. I called again and was told someone would call. They didn't. I called Hopper in Heber Springs and the next day they scheduled me with an appointment (even though they were also behind). P.S. We purchased a yearly contract with them......

Awesome people to call. We have regular quarterly sprays.. but if we need them before that they are right there.. no more then 2 days out.. they work around our schedule and all..
