If I could give zero stars I would. My SUV was damaged by one of the workers during snow removal back at the beginning of January and this company will not answer the phone or call me back to make things right even after I was told that they would pay for the repairs and a rental car while my vehicle is in the shop. Absolutely piss poor customer service. It takes all of 5 minutes to return a phone call and book a rental car especially when they admitted they are 100% at fault for the damage caused to my vehicle.

It’s been a tough winter to say the least and they come every time, multiple times in fact, to clear my horribly steep driveway in every storm. I appreciate you all so much! Sending love from Gales Ferry - thank you!

We have purchased bulk (1 cubic yard) red mulch multiple times now, even a year later the color has held well. A week ago we got a truck bed full of compost soil for our garden and it's absolutely wonderful!! When you enter the driveway keep to the right as there is a private residence to the left. Once you've passed the driveway for the private residence there is a small shed/building to the immediate right, this is the sales office. Do not go to the large building at the top of the hill, that is not the sales office. Behind the sales office are different styles of pathway stones, edging, and pavers. Adjacent to the sales office is a row of different colored mulches and small gravel size stones, sands, and soils. Plenty of options to chose from no matter what you're looking to get done a

7.15.25 about 6p Foreman Josh directed hardscape worker to report to Apartment complex on Howard st to spray chemical called Lesco. Worker sprayed around a marsh, wet land area with bees, migrant birds, turtles,small animals next to dog park and open area to walk dogs. The conditions were hot and windy resulting in spray not sticking spreading in wind. The lesco weed spray directions indicate using product on damp weeds and no wind to allow product to stick to weeds and dry on weeds to kill. The property is large on howard st No signs were posted indicating spray toxic and harmfull chemical being sprayed to treat weeds. The workers experience was in hardscape and not applying large quantities of weed killer. Im concerned for exposure to myself and dogs as well as impact on eco system. The

Terrible service! They’ve destroyed property multiple times. Once they reimbursed but the second time they destroyed our outside property they’re refusing and denying any part of destroying them but we have the pictures of the damage. They’re rude and unprofessional. Don’t hire them if you don’t want your property destroyed!!!!
