Nate came out to help me as my pilot light was out. He very kindly found time for me in his crazy day. Super nice guy! He knows what he’s doing for sure. I actually hired him to do my service on my gas stove from now on. Even though he came out on an emergency call he charged me the regular service price. Very fair and very kind. I am so glad I found a nice guy who I can trust and who will be there for me. Don’t hesitate to call Nate. You will be so glad you did.

I called on a Saturday night in a panic because my furnace was not running correctly and I was leaving on Sunday to be out of town. Kneeland heating & Cooling was very response, within about an hour and a half Nate showed up, and within the hour had the furnace fixed and running great. Nate was very nice, very knowledgeable of the oil furnace, and I will now be using Kneeland heating & Cooling going forward. Thank you very much Nate for your rapid response and providing me with peace of mind while I will be away. Very grateful!

Scheduled 3 times for an estimate (new furnace, oil tank, pretty much brand new system) First time they were running late so rescheduled. Second time we had the blizzard (not their fault) but no call back to reschedule. We called back a week later and made another appointment and they never showed up. No call nothing

Nate was quick to return my call and worked out a time to come the following day. He worked through a very logical diagnostic process quickly and we had our hot water restored in less than an hour. Very pleased.

They are amazing i called because my furnace stopped working they came within the hour and took about 20 minutes to fix it! It was a reasonable price also. I would highly recommend it wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating.
