Steve,sorry that you feel that way. But I beg to differ with your characterization.I and we as a company listen and are courteous to every customer. Maybe you had trouble expressing your needs. We are a wholesale company and are accustomed to professional contractors who know what they need.

Asked for a gutter run and downspot drops. Apparently I need to list every part of a gutter to get them as I got a gutter with no ends, a downspout with no elbows and no screws or hangers for them

Very poor. Guy named Joe does not listen to you. Used them last year and they were fine. needed another gutter this year. Was treated poorly by Joe. I won't recommend them.
