We hired Lance and his team for a remodel of our small master bathroom in our 90s home. This was our second bathroom remodel but first time using Lance, and the experience with Eagle Ridge was far better than our first. Lance and the team at Eagle Ridge did a great job installing a brand new metal roof for us. They also beat the other estimates we had. Despite some delays from the metal manufacturer, they had the roof underlayment on and sealed almost instantly so the framing could stay dry and they made sure that we were taken care of. The quality of work is top-notch and the roof has turned out amazing. Highly recommend!

Lance provided a timely inspection, estimate and installation of a shingle roof for my residence. All vents were inspected, sealed and painted to match standard roof color, turtle vents were replaced. Lance always responded quickly to answer my questions and concern. The roofers worked professionally to install and clean up upon completion. The roofers were neat, courteous and respectful. Lance provided a next day work quality inspection. Lance and his boys did exceptional work. My roof is well put together and looks great. My biggest gripe with contractors is that they don't come very quick. He called and the crew came the same day. I'm glad I was home. Everything moved along smoothly. It was great to work with someone who was on top of things. He negotiated with my insurance company, no problem. They were even able to remove and reinstall the solar panels.
