We had our carpets cleaned today with John and I am beyond impressed and grateful for the great work and excellent service. Upon arrival, John walked my house with me taking measurements and writing down each room and area that I pointed out. He provided a quote and my husband and I gave him the greenlight to go ahead and get started. I was pleased with the price and the care he put into my carpets while he was working. We had some pet areas that needed special attention and he was mindful to take note of the area and pre-treated the area prior to cleaning. John is an expert at knowing what and how to clean furniture as well as carpets. I always invite him back. He is full of integrity and of course the supreme expert. John came out today and did our carpets. We’ve had 3 other companies come out over the years and this is the first time someone was able to get all the stains out of our carpets. He did an awesome job! I’d highly recommend Signature Carpet Care.

I owned a carpet cleaning company for a while and I know how hard it is to get pet stains out, so when I called John to clean our up stairs where the little escape chihuahua likes to pee I had very poor hopes. And when I saw they were gone I was amazed, but I said, wait a week and when the carpet dries they will wick back. This happens with a lot of cleaners who use soap. Soap attracts dirt so when it doesn't get completely removed from the carpet the carpet gets dirty quicker. Let me tell you that was the true test. A week, a month, I think its been 3 months and not a single spot came back. Not a single hint of urine or crusty carpet. A big thank you to John and his team. I finally found someone who can remove pet stains. Imagine how my carpet looks where there are no pet spots. Thanks Jo
