Ed and his team have the utmost integrity I value in any partner, and I trust them implicitly to work safely, efficiently, and for the good of the project team. EAI has been a pleasure to work with. When contacted for a quote, we typically had someone on site within 24-48 hours to review the work. The quote was then turned around in a timely manner and was clear and concise regarding what was included in the pricing and what was excluded. Once subcontracted, EAI was very accommodating and willing to work off shifts to complete the work around existing conditions. EAI did not reach out for any change orders when asked to complete small tasks for us while they were mobilized. The scope was the demolition of two separate buildings across the street from each other and both projects were completed on time. I hope to work with EAI again on future commercial demolition projects.
